Vikki had been taking part in fitness elsewhere and felt unenthused and low in confidence.
After getting in touch, Vikki was invited to a free taster Growth Mindset physical activity Workshop and signed up for a full 12-week programme.

Some of our courses are completed at WN7 Fitness based in Leigh. However, our Coaches can travel to you and complete your training at a suitable location, the only requirement for this option is that the location must be able to facilitate your chosen course.
