Each of our general fitness courses are tailor made to you, we take into consideration your goals, gender, age, ability and also training environment, of course you are welcome to come to us at WN7 Fitness, Unit 3, Coniston Yard, Leigh, WN7 1XH, where we have a plethora of equipment; however, this may not always be convenient, in which case we are able to come to you.
