Both courses offer APECS Functional Testing, Morpheus ZBIT Conditioning Programmes, Nutritional & Supplement Guidance & Level 1/Level 2 Metamorphosis Conditioning Plans.

Our 8-week programmes are suitable for anyone looking to take part in events such as but not limited too: West Lancs Spring/Summer Triathlon. Salford Sprint or Super Sprint Triathlon. McMillian 5k. Media CityUK Swim Challenge. Any weight class UWCB Style Fights. 3-Peaks Challenge. Or Sporting Clubs Pre & In Season Training.


16 Week Programmes
Our 16-week programmes are suitable for anyone looking to take part in events such as, but not limited: IRONMAN 70.3, National Standard/Olympic Distance Triathlons, Great North Run, Manchester/London Marathons. Aquasphere Swim Coniston/Ullswater/Windermere Challenge. Questars 48hr Adventure Challenges.
